Yesterday I was hiking up Elephant Rock trail. Nearly at the top, I found this starving/cold girl. I knew she must be lost so I “leashed” her & she ran until she couldn’t run anymore, then I carried her the rest of the way. We found a missing post & she had been lost for 12 days!

We were able to contact the owner & he said he was in disbelief. He was sure she had been killed by coyotes for as long as she had been missing. I’m so glad she found me & let me approach her on the trail. She is the sweetest dog & I’m glad she is with her family again!

I know I’ve asked for prayers a million times over the past few months, but my dad needs some more. He is sick, has a fever that’s causing him to shake, & on oxygen right now. We’re assuming it’s from the stem-cell transplant, but he could really use relief. I know prayer works.

One year ago today my family had a family meeting to tell us that my dad had cancer. Today, he isn’t cancer free (he never will be) but we have more time with him and he is feeling so much better, and for that I am grateful ❤️
