Absolutely unreal. This is Dion. He’s from Norway. He lives on his sailboat and sailed it here. He also was ON IT when Hurricane Ian ripped through Fort Myers Beach. His boat? It’s working, but it’s stuck on a tree. He needs help getting it back into the water.
Three years at WINK 🚨🗞️ what a journey it’s been! Grateful beyond words for this job, the growth it’s brought, and the amazing people I’ve worked alongside. Every challenge has been a stepping stone to where I am, living my dream every single day. Here’s to the highs and lows!
BREAKING personal news 🚨🗞️I’m truly overwhelmed with gratitude for a recent promotion. This will be my last early morning weekend on the desk because starting Monday, I’ll be anchoring the 9 and 10 am morning newscasts through Friday, followed by reporting at 11 am.

Heart shattered by the news of Doug's passing.
My coworker, photographer, and a soul overflowing with kindness. Doug’s love for his dog and the genuine warmth he shared with everyone created a bond that words can't capture. Incredibly grateful for the time we had together. 💔
WINK News is unable to broadcast video, due to IAN. I figured I’d keep creating stories to show the devastation we are seeing in SWFL. Here was my morning on Bonita Beach Rd. Heading into Barefoot neighborhood around 10 to help a family friend who suffered severe storm damage.
Interviewed NOAA meteorologist Brian LaMarre on Fort Myers Beach today. His crews are surveying the damage. In his 28 years of covering hurricanes, he said this is the worst damage he has ever seen.
Off to emcee the 2023 CBIA Sand Dollar awards gala! The event is at the Ritz Carlton Beach resort. That’s where I had my first ever job and now I’m living out my dream as a news anchor and reporter and speaking at a wonderful event there. Life changes so quickly and I’m blessed!
Spending Memorial Day with my weekend girls! ☀️📻 Wishing everyone a safe and meaningful holiday. Deep gratitude to those who have dedicated their lives to protecting our freedom. 🇺🇸
