When you’re vegetarian, no one really bothers you, other than the odd “what about bacon tho?” When you’re vegan you’re expected to eat clean, but get 100% of your daily nutrients, but not eat too much, and always recycle, and not use a car or a phone 🤯

My PT said I need to drink 2 protein shakes a day because I’m vegan 🙃🙃🙃🙃 I said my shakes are 20-25g protein and he said wow that’s probably what you normally get in a whole day 🤡 no hun I’m on about 80g+ but thank you for your lack of knowledge!

You can’t “cheat” on veganism because it’s a lifestyle based on ethical beliefs. You’re either vegan, or you’re dabbling in eating plant based, or transitioning. I don’t know any vegans who would be ok eating “the odd cheeseburger” - we literally don’t see it as food.
