@MichaelLouisTh1 @Phlebas_ We are reacting to what we perceive as the stick, when it’s really all carrot. What we’re thinking of as imposed suffering and self denial, Christ considered all joy. I’m trying to figure all this out too—uncoiling the self righteousness but wanting to be like Christ.
