@Virgin Pretty bad service to hike up costs to unaffordable levels. Mother in law bed bound with dementia, requires landline and broadband. Sadly She doesn’t know how to use either anymore. This is a lifeline for her so that live in carers can support her.

@paragonbankuk I need a direct email as DM not connecting. I have sent my nominated account info and supporting document numerous times but still no reply it seems an impossible task to move money into a bank account. Spoken to 2 agents with no help or progress becoming very exasperated
