Pt3 As it can be harder to p//rge and you don’t want to waste any time because you MUST be in a 30 minute time span after eating. the sooner the better 1 hour timespan I say with eating and p///ging because it won’t come up/it’s harder and you CAN hurt yourself

pt5 is still Food in your stomach Then that’s when you start chugging water, I say about half a water bottle so 6-10 oz. Once you do that you want to relax again, Clean up maybe, And prepare to go again, Or even drink milk if you had a spicy p//rge to help any burning sensation
