i was told we would be compensated for this - and i have yet to recieve any compensation for the dates between 29/10 - 4/11. I was told during my first phone call to you on 23/10 that i would be compensated £9 odd everyday from 25th-4th where we had no wifi at all to use.

@Tesco actually received some of the best customer service today by a member of staff in gaywood :) it was crazy busy, and she had so much time for me! so lovely. honestly made the experience more friendly than normal 🩷
