@SidneyStarrDC Yes staying hydrated is important. Sleeping is required for me. I love to sleep but I get up at 6am every morning. Clockwork Got to keep it up because we can age beautifully if we maintain ourselves

@FavouriteDoor It’s hard but it’s manageable. 👍 According to research - It takes an average time of 66 days to form a new habit and for it to be automatic.

@thezahrabelle Yes! 👍 && I’ve been through so much in the last year with my health due to allergies and bad anxiety….I had no choice but to change my habits. I’m a grandma and I love it because I’ve had zero issues since. It’s been life changing. 😩

@KindClarakind Yes, extremely seriously. After having so many outbreaks of anxiety with food allergies and going to the ER - I finally said “something has to change”. I just can’t go back now because it has *literally* turned my life around.
