It is NOT that strenuous. 6 days a week I get on the stepper/inclined treadmill aiming at 150 bpm (10 mins) just to get a sweat going. Then it is 16 sets of traditional lifting (35 mins).

I just joined planet fitness as my gym for San Francisco.
Their app has a “crowd meter” which I’m assuming is how busy the gym is right now! 🤯
Wow. Way to go PF.
This is so easy to implement, and I don’t know why every gym doesn’t have this.

I'm super fast with just my 13in MacBook Pro (Keyboard shortcuts and small fonts).
And I prefer it over a workstation with 14 displays because I can also use it on the couch and still be equally productive.

Benjamin Franklin was actually a super cool guy.
I re-read a few chapters of Walter Issacson's biography of him this morning.
He has that entrepreneurial spirit about him.
I think a lot of historical figures are way cooler than they get credit for in history books.
