OMG I'm so proud of @InkaCresswell !! If you came to the @MISS_Elasmo film screening a couple years back we showed two of her earlier works. She's such a rock star and an incredible filmmaker. Everyone should watch Our Oceans.
A few weeks ago, I met with Girl Scouts on their trip to @MontereyAq. We talked about the magical world just beneath the surface of our oceans, and how our fates are inextricably linked. I hope you’ll check out Our Oceans from @HGMedia, which is streaming now on @Netflix.

My friend just checked on my house and car. It looks like the only damage was now my fence is leaning slightly and the latch on my gate broke. Very thankful!

But in all seriousness I am on the border of a mandatory evacuation zone. So fingers crossed my house and car aren't flooded when I return. But most importantly me, my pupper and my friends are all out of harms way. so we shall laugh to keep from crying 😂

In case someone needed one more person to say it. If you have an evacuation order get to safety! I know some really great people working in the shelters. Most allow pets!

Can we all just get a round of applause for the lineworkers. They are working hard to get everyone's power back on. Our power was back in less than 12 hours. I saw them rolling out onto our street as soon as the hurricane had passed. Not all heroes wear capes!
