Hello everyone, I decided to start logging my journey, opinions and thoughts here on X now that I have reached a major milestone. I am 23 years old and just made my first 100k last week. I identify as a crypto/tsla bull It has been an extremely long journey. This money was not a handout. I worked 2 jobs for the past 4 years. I am currently a server at a very well known restaurant and I am also an associate banker at one of the nation's largest banks. I work 14-17 hours days multiple days a week. I had strong convictions about certain investments and now I am where I am, excited to see how far I can go. I lost a lot of money trying to get here. I started with trading options and I got lucky a few times back in 2020 but I eventually steered away from them as I came to realize that in order to be successful with investing, you needed more than just luck; you need consistency. I still believe options deserve a place in a portfolio but I have found success through other forms of investing. For the past 3 years I have simply worked hard and put my money where my mouth was. This was not luck. This was earned through hard work and a lot of fucking perseverance. Only 1 person believed in me the whole way. We studied charts and talked about investing for hours through zoom. Everyone else told me this would never be possible.
