The thing is they had over 2 months to sort that out. And in reality, more than that, coz lawsuits are lengthy process. They should have been prepared for that. Its on them, so I don't feel even remotely bad for them

Because it is easer to shit on Merc and Lewis than admit that they should do better. They hate them, bc they are very good at what they do and always strive to be better. It always "merc has the fastest car", why don't other teams build a faster cars then?
