The Western allegation of "Xinjiang #UyghurGenocide" confuses me a lot. let’s say, China has been selected by Iran and Saudi Arabia, two Muslim countries, to mediate their dispute. China wouldn’t be the country of choice if it were a Muslim oppressor. So does this mean western countries know more about Muslims than Muslims themselves?

Sure, if your definition of "good life experience" is based on the severity of homelessness, drug and gun violence, soaring living costs, onerous tuition and medical bills. Yes, the US triumphs in every aspect.
@Pinko69420 China’s life experience is worse than america in every way.

Do not flatter yourselves. Who should be held responsible for the problems plaguing the European Union? Not China, but you bombastic bureaucrats. 🇪🇺 When the European Union was founded in 1993, its GDP was 6.75 trillion USD. EU GDP was 18.59 trillion USD in 2023. The growth rate was 175.4%. 🇺🇸 The US GDP was 6.86 trillion dollars in 1993; in 2023, it was 27.72 trillion. The growth rate was 304%. 🇨🇳 China's GDP was 444.73 billion US dollars in 1993; in 2023, it was 17.79 trillion. The growth rate was 3,900%. Besides Japan, the EU did not outperform most major global economies in terms of growth rate between 1993 and 2023. The EU's problems began the day the EU was established, and one of the most serious issues is that the EU is led by politicians who would sacrifice the interests of the European people to please the US, even when the US threatens to impose tariffs on the EU, politicians like Kallas continue to blame China. And you still don't get why the European Union—supposedly a global leader—has become such a punchline.

What Mao Zedong said about the United States in his 1949 address "FAREWELL, LEIGHTON STUART" is still relevant today: "What matter if we have to face some difficulties? Let them blockade us! Let them blockade us for eight or ten years! By that time all of China's problems will have been solved. Will the Chinese cower before difficulties when they are not afraid even of death? Lao Tzu said, The people fear not death, why threaten them with it?" "True, the United States has science and technology. But unfortunately they are in the grip of the capitalists, not in the hands of the people, and are used to exploit and oppress the people at home and to perpetrate aggression and to slaughter people abroad. There is also "democracy" in the United States. But unfortunately it is only another name for the dictatorship of the bourgeoisie by itself."

Please tell me why, in other countries, fentanyl is mostly used to alleviate the pain of cancer patients and those recovering from painful surgeries, but in the United States, it has become a drug problem due to your government's bad management? Given that steel can be shaped into potentially dangerous knives, does this mean that China should also prohibit the export of steel to the United States? The proverb "South mandarin oranges and North trifoliate oranges (南橘北枳)" has its roots in the old classic Yanzi chunqiu and is known to all Chinese speakers. The story goes as follows: "Yan Ying (c. 578–500 BC, Chinese philosopher) heard that tangerines grown south of the Huai River become mandarin oranges, while those grown in the north become trifoliate oranges. Their leaves are similar, but their flavors are not. So why does this happen? It is because of different environments." The Chinese understood thousands of years ago that the same object will have distinct characteristics depending on its surroundings. Why are you having such a hard time comprehending? China has the world's strictest drug control laws and harshest penalties. The first anti-drug legislation in the world were enacted in China in 1729, giving this country a three-century head start in the fight against drugs. On May 1, 2019, the Chinese government once again led the world in legally scheduling #fentanyl compounds as a class, despite the fact that there was neither widespread use nor clear hazards linked with them in China.
@nxt888 Why is it so difficult for China to stop the export of precursor chemicals to fentanyl?

@redgents13n The figures cited above are from Reuters; in case somebody says "I don't trust numbers from China". If you want to brush up on other fundamentals of chemistry, look through your old high school chemistry textbooks.

The United States owns Los Angeles; what did you do to help people rebuild their homes after the fire? You can't even take care of your own people, yet you have the audacity to lie about how much goodness you can bring to the world. It would be better for you to focus your efforts on assisting your own people rather than "taking other nations' land." Perhaps Mr. Trump's strategy for making America great again is to destroy other countries🙄
⚡️🇺🇸BREAKING: Donald Trump declares that the U.S will take over Gaza and “owning that piece of Land”. Q: You are talking tonight about the US taking over a sovereign territory. What authority would allow you to do that? Are you talking about a permanent occupation? Donald Trump: I do see a long term ownership position. Everybody i’ve spoken to loves the idea of the U.S owning that piece of land. Clip: @atrupar

Translations: "We want to earn money from the Chinese market while simultaneously maintaining our condescending attitude and doing all in our power to isolate the country." And you call that "make sense"😑
On China. We will keep de-risking our economies. But there is room to engage and find agreements that could even expand our trade and investment ties. It can lead us to a fairer and more balanced relationship with this giant. And that can make sense for Europe.

Updates: China's Ministry of Commerce and General Administration of Customs on Tuesday announced decision on export controls of items related to tungsten, tellurium, bismuth, molybdenum and indium, which came into force starting from Tuesday, in order to safeguard national security and interests and fulfill international obligations such as non-proliferation.

Fu Cong, China's Permanent Representative to the UN, discusses DeepSeek and the United States: "Technological containment and restriction don't work. That is a lesson that the entire world, particularly the United States, should learn.” "Look at Huawei, TikTok, now DeepSeek, how many more do you want to ban?" "Never underestimate the ingenuity of the Chinese Scientists and Engineers." Touché.

@FarNorthwind Your openness to discussion and the exchange of ideas is really appreciated; it is good to hear other points of view. Agree to disagree.

As I previously stated, you have every right to disagree, and I believe we also have the right to express their thoughts. You can't call someone who disagrees with you "attacking mode" when they're just voicing their different thoughts. For example, I find it difficult to understand how you talk about Greenland as if it were a piece of land available to the United States. If the United States can seize any land it wants simply to maintain its "strategy" in place, it demonstrates how disrespectful the United States is to other nations and people, especially if you believe a unipolar world is not a good idea. But it’s always nice to hear different options and learn from each other. Agree to disagree Good day to you.

@FarNorthwind You have every right to disagree. "Having a partner that you both cooperate and contend with makes both countries better," and that's good. But are you sure imposing tariffs on China is fair competition?

This is the result of becoming a lapdog for the United States🤷
The United States has confirmed that it intends to impose 25% tariffs on most Canadian goods, with 10% tariffs on energy, starting February 4. I’ve met with the Premiers and our Cabinet today, and I’ll be speaking with President Sheinbaum of Mexico shortly. We did not want this, but Canada is prepared. I’ll be addressing Canadians later this evening.
