Congratulations Ari well done 🥳👏🏼🥳👏🏼 Such cool work @arispapargyriou
Congratulations to @MaxReichertMD @arispapargyriou & team @TU_Muenchen for their @natBME article: “Heterogeneity-driven phenotypic plasticity and treatment response in branched-organoid models of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma” They have created a new pipeline for establishing pancreatic cancer organoid models that reflect the underlying molecular (transcriptomics) heterogeneity and functional diversity. Key modifications to growth and culture conditions allow these organoids to develop a range of ex vivo phenotypes that reflect intratumoral heterogeneity.
