Very proud to share that I’ve been asked to speak when the @BatonOfHopeUK tour visits #Basingstoke September 2025 will mark 6 years since my life battle hit its darkest, lowest point, so it is a huge honour to be asked to speak, help raise awareness and #StandUpToSuicide

I #love this message from @MissEmmaTurner I saw it literally as I finished a video chat with a good friend, and love had come up. I love all the people in my life, past and present, because without them I’d not be here today. Love is what you need it to be for you.
Love is all the people. And all the things that make you feel good. You don’t need to be in a romantic relationship to feel or share it. I love valentines to show it even more. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I’ve felt so much love this week. Truthfully, when I’ve kinda needed it.

@tara_tinks Thanks Tara, it went well. Takes a bit out of me as it was 7 hrs all in, but that’s nothing is it, when your visiting someone who needs to be seen 👍 Cuppa tea n a rest for me now though.
