Things are heating up for the @pac12. The MWC schools have officially turned in their notice to depart. While that is expected due to deadlines, it may be the first step in their commitment to what is happening behind the scenes with an 8th school and media package.

Let’s stop the Sheduer Sanders crap. He was the 6th QB taken, instead of the 2nd. He skipped combines and declined certain team interviews. Was a good but not great college QB. There just wasn’t a lot of demand for guys who think they should be starting NFL QBs.

I think what hurts the #PAC & #MWC is the lack of interest in football in the west. On the whole state schools don’t have the rabid following of state schools in the east. Even Arkansas & Ole Miss have more interest than Cal, Nevada, Wyoming, etc. Thus lower media deals.

How long do we think the PAC2, now 8, will take to announce an 8th football school? They have to be ready to play by August 2026 so is waiting until March going to be too late to make the transition?.

This game is huge for Sun Belt Billy and #gators. If he can find a way to upset UGA, he shows his plan is working and definitely gets another year. If he shows his a$$, the hot seat will just get even hotter for him.

In another potential blow to the PAC 12 expansion efforts, Texas State offered to join MWC. Decision expected this week. Sources: Texas State gets offer to join Mountain West.

Don’t be surprised if the #PAC12 take both UNLV and Nevada in order to lock up the Vegas market. I think they will then look south to Texas. Texas State makes the most sense, but I can see them making another run at UTSA, offering them “house money” to get into Texas.

With just the same 8 teams, I don’t see ⁦@TheUFL⁩ gaining any new fans. They need new markets to attract interest. At least, they should move a few teams.

These numbers virtually guarantee a return of the @TheUFL for next year. Big playoff numbers and all ratings on the rise!

I’ve been watching the #UFL for 7 weeks and getting a little bored as weeks go on watching same teams and not knowing most players. I think to grow past the current state, they need more teams and a few “name players”. Is it just me?.

#UFL attendance was almost to the 18k mark this weekend thanks to the #battlehawks. DC was very respectable but Michigan and Memphis need a boost! To succeed, really need to draw 20k per game.

#UFL draft frustrating. Just leftover dispersal guys. Why not a college, CFL, AFL, & unsigned NFL guys and forge their own brand and not be a development league. Without NFL backing a minor league will not draw fans. Do it like the CFL, AFL and OG USFL!.
