Parkinson's UK seek to understand why people are not members of the main charity, but are active in a local branch/group. They seek people to participate in research to find out how the membership offer of Parkinson’s UK make people more inspired to join.

Dance for Parkinson's have started their new term. There are places available, and you do not need any dance experience. The sessions are at Dance Base, Grassmarket on Wednesdays at 11.30am. More details are on our website 👇

We have temporarily suspended Monday at Morningside Pilates class. This is the only one affected, all other Pilates and Neurodynamics Exercise classes run as normal 👍 #EdinburghParkinsons

Old friend of the Branch Paul Mathew-Archer is planning a movie. Two PwPs meet at a dance class and love blossoms. Most Branch activities revolve around social/health aspects. If you have met your other half because of Parkinson's, do let us know 💞

A new boxing class for PwPs is starting in South Queensferry. Gloves Up for Parkinson's starts in Jan 2025 at Kilo Gym. Gemma who takes the class is a fully qualified Boxercise for Parkinson's Instructor. She is the speaker for the Feb YP Group. Details 👇
