No worries! Metoidioplasty doesn't give everyone the length or firmness to penetrate. It's the release of the clitoris, unlike phalloplasty which is the recreation of a phallus (which can be used for penetration with implants or other forms of erectile assistance)

You can get metoidioplasty without the removal of the vagina, or the lengthening of the urethra!
Simple Metoidioplasty severs the ligaments that connects the clitoris to the pubic bone, allowing it to "release" and lengthen the clit
