HDI measures the quality of life of a people, & they are: Health, Education & the Standard of Living. 1. Health is measured by Life Expectancy. 2. Education is measured by mean years of schooling for adults >25yrs, & expected years of schooling for kids who should be in school. 3. Standard of Living is measured by Per Capita Income. The average wage you earned in a year. The Per Capita Income of Nigeria is $835 only. It means that Nigerians are now at the same poverty level with the people of Somalia & The Congo. It took 10 years to achieve that. 2015-2025 is the (Lost Decade in Nigeria). Nigeria's HDI ranks among the lowest in the world. The Life expectancy in Nigeria is 56 years. It means that when you have crossed 56 in Nigeria, you have to go for Thanksgiving. I don’t how else to say this, but you should stop celebrating IGR. Most of which will be stolen by criminals. HDI is the only thing you should celebrate, the only Dividend of demoCrazy.
