Very sad to hear of the passing of our former Head Teacher, Mr Dalziel. Mr Dalziel is the longest serving Head in the school’s 126 year history and made a huge impact on the school community. We remember his service and our thoughts are with his family at this time.

Today was the funeral of our dear friend and colleague Rachel Phillips. A beautiful service, which many members of the school community attended. We have lost a kind, caring teacher and a lovely person. We will miss her. Rest in Peace, Rachel.

SQA exams were due to start on Monday, meaning today would have been the last day of lessons for our S6 pupils. Not the ending we’d have hoped for! Hope we’ll have the opportunity to mark the occasion formally and in better circumstances, but we wish them all the best! Godspeed!

Congratulations to Jack G who represented Eastbank Academy at the Scottish Schools Cross Country. He was 29th/188 in the Under 14 boys' event and ran the 3KM course in a time of 12:23. (1st was 10:47). Jack was the highest placed pupil from a GCC school! Well done Jack! 👍🏻👏🏻🏆
