Did you know that some rabbits eat cacti? In arid environments, they nibble on cactus pads, fruits, and flowers, carefully avoiding or navigating around the spines. Cacti not only provide food but also much-needed hydration for these desert-dwelling bunnies!

The gelada, scientifically known as Theropithecus gelada, is a primate primarily found in the highlands of Ethiopia. Geladas are unique among primates due to their predominantly grass-based diet and the distinctive red patch on their chest, which is especially prominent in males. This patch looks like a "bleeding heart" and is used for social signaling within the species. Geladas are also known for their complex social behavior and sophisticated vocalizations.

Orangutans generally do not like water and are not strong swimmers. In the wild, they tend to avoid deep water and are known to stay in the trees or on land. However, they can be curious and may occasionally wade into shallow water to play or cool off.

Hachiko was an Akita dog born in 1923 in Japan. His owner, Professor Hidesaburo Ueno, commuted to work daily and Hachiko would greet him at the Shibuya Station. After Ueno’s sudden death in 1925, Hachiko continued to wait at the station every day for nearly 10 years until his own death. Hachiko's unwavering loyalty inspired people and he became a national symbol of loyalty and fidelity. A statue was erected in his honor at Shibuya Station.
