#EUMA monitors from FOB Jermuk in Vayots Dzor province visited Jermuk Educational Complex and introduced students #EUMA’s tasks and activities as well as 🇪🇺 values and principles driving them. Thank you, students and teachers, for warm welcome and meaningful discussions🙏🇪🇺🇦🇲.

Honoured to host Ambassador of 🇱🇹 to 🇦🇲 H.E. Andrius Pulokas and Director of Eastern Neighbourhood Department of @LithuaniaMFA Mantas Jakimavičius. Visitors were briefed about #EUMA activities on the ground and congratulated EUMA for extension of mandate.

#EUMA is glad to announce – EU Council has extended the mission mandate in 🇦🇲 until 19.February 2027. The mandated tasks of the mission remain unchanged – EUMA is and will remain an unarmed civilian mission. We are proud to stay committed to peace and stability in the region🇪🇺🇦🇲.

#EUMA Head of Mission Markus Ritter joined the patrol in FOB Martuni and observed the situation on the 🇦🇲side of 🇦🇲-🇦🇿 border. Grateful to local villagers for coffee and hospitality🙏. EUMA is proud for the trust in community and will stay committed to security in the region🇪🇺🇦🇲.

2⃣#EUMA members saved lives of car accident victims on Yerevan-Gyumri road in the Jan 24 evening. They noticed the accident, stopped immediately, gave first aid to severly injured drivers and waited for police and ambulance. 2⃣drivers are in hospital, we wish them fast healing.

Monitors from FOB Kapan were delighted to visit 2 schools of Syunik province this week to introduce #EUMA and 🇪🇺 values and principles. Big thank you to teachers and students of Kapan School no 3 and Meghri Secondary School No 2 for insightful conversations and hospitality! 🇪🇺🇦🇲

#EUMA FOB Goris had an honour to host 🇪🇺ambassador to 🇦🇲 H.E. Vassilis Maragos last week. 🇪🇺delegation was briefed about the situation on 🇦🇲-🇦🇿 border in Goris area and discussed ongoing co-operation projects. Grateful to our closest partner for continuous support.@EUAmbArmenia

#EUMA delegation led by HoM Markus Ritter had the honour to meet @MagdalenaGrono – #EUSR in South Caucasus and crisis in Georgia and brief her on EUMA’s tasks, mandate and activities in 🇦🇲border areas. Looking forward to co-operate for peace and security in the region.@EU_Armenia

On January 6-8 #EUMA accomplished patrols on 🇦🇲side of 🇦🇲-🇦🇿 border in Syunik province, Goris region to monitor and report on any uncommon movements or activities in the border area. All patrols reported that the situation was calm, no out of ordinary movements was observed.
