On Feb. 2, @ICEgov Philadelphia arrested Wilmer Yovani Fuentes-Benitez, a citizen of Honduras who was previously deported three times. He was also arrested for resisting arrest by flight, resisting police by force or violence and battery of a police officer.

ICE Philadelphia, along with @FBIPhiladelphia arrested an @ICEgov fugitive from the Dominican Republic today. The fugitive is a suspected member of a violent criminal organization. At the time of arrest, he was caught with 3 unlawful firearms. @USAO_EDPA prosecution pending.

ICE Philadelphia and HSI Allentown arrested Cristian Omar Vega-Guerra, a criminal alien with a prior removal, from Ecuador. He is a known Tren de Aragua member with a record in Ecuador for rape/robbery and prior arrests in NYC for mischief/fighting/violent behavior.
