Welcome to America! Having a gun on you is the point of doing nothing. We do not escalate. The burden is on us to de-escalate if that fails. We shoot and keep shooting until the threat is neutralized. It is not ok to shoot just because you suffered battery. This shooting will be looked at by the prosecutor. And ask the same questions I did: Is it reasonable to believe that shooter thought he was in danger of grave bodily harm or death? Was the assailant still the aggressor at the time of the shooting? Sorry you live in a nanny state, where you have no freedom to protect yourself or say what you want (hate speech laws). Your predecessors were far superior and established a free and amazing country in which I live.

I have no problem ending someone's life in self-defense. Swinging on someone who's hands are clearly not in a position to fight is weak. Now before you go on some tirade look up the requirements for self-defense in this state and see if they fit. I believe so, he's going home. If the gun is not legal then the gun charge will stick. Y'all need to stop swinging on people, jumping out of your cars in road rage. There are way too many pistols out here. Y'all gonna catch a serious case of F.I.B.S! (fuck i've been shot) and take the room temperature challenge.

I'm gonna go with: Don't put your hands on my I wont put any holes in you. You want a fair one?? Take it up with State Athletic Commission and get a sanctioned bout. Shooter had his hand behind his back and the other at his side. In no way was he the aggressor or indicated he wanted to fight. Now the only questions I have are: is the gun legal? (prolly not) is it reasonable to believe that shooter thought he was in danger of grave bodily harm or death? Was the assailant still the aggressor at the time of the shooting? If a jury can answer yes to all three questions. That's self-defense.

@cole_julie @OleMurica @POTUS @USMC Sorry, what part of The President is "not in the military" is an insult? Clinton, Bush,Obama,Trump, and "Tapioca" Biden are civilians. Reagan started that shit (and he knew it was wrong when he did it) and it should have died with him.

West Point Cadets ARE in the Military inchoate officers. Serving in uniform the national anthem is played , reveille, taps... "Where's the flag, at attention and salute" The proper way civilians honor the national anthem is to stand Men uncovered, women if appropriate to do so as well. Face the flag, and right hand covers the heart. As a reminder to us of those in the military who serve(d), fought, and paid the ultimate price. The commande4 in chief is a civilian position. Just as your state c-i-c your govenor is NOT in the National Guard This is getting old

If you're going to salute then have one of the many military personnel around you show you how, tell you when you should, and shouldnt (like when you're not in uniform)
