And also, it doesn’t sit right that I should be paying out anyway when a refund has been issued. Usually other companies transfer it back to the account booked on so I do not understand why EasyJet are so different?

@easyJet Hi Maddy, it won’t let me submit a complaint? It says an error occurred and then tells me to call the complaints number which keeps hanging up?
