It’s disgraceful that our politicians have allowed this to happen. The pay difference with the rest of the UK has widened and AHP training places have reduced - we simply can’t compete for new staff and can’t provide the care the population of N.Ireland needs….

It’s impossible to recruit & retain staff in NI Trusts when there is such a significant pay difference. Many AHP’s are going across the water to work when we should be keeping them. That on top of the reduced annual intake is causing real problems for future AHP care. @warner_md
