Just had the greatest @VenturaTransp customer service call with Erin. She helped get me navigated to Ventura for an event on Sunday. The two bucks for an hour in one of their nice buses is a great deal. Update: Erin just rang me back to verify a time. #excellence

I just did a talk about the 2007 and 2008 50+ Career Fairs we held at SB City College. I really thought the workforce would be filled with silver hair by now. Strange.
The unique health risk to older people during the pandemic has likely deterred them from rejoining the workforce in greater numbers
