Another very busy week #Lipspeaking Sun is shining for 3 days in Hove, then London, Ipswich & online. I've had 6 separate booking requests for tomorrow alone🫣 if you think there isn't enough work for #Lipspeakers there sure is & we definitely need more 😁 #Deaf #Lipreaders #Busy

The Great South Run was cancelled due to the weather! Nevertheless, ALAS members got dressed & ran those 10 miles 🏃🏼♀️🤍 This year our ladies chose to run for @PAPYRUS_Charity - Prevention of Young Suicide. The ALAS ladies ran in memory of a beautiful young person called Lucy 💜

After a very busy last week #Lipspeaking online, in London & Ipswich I ended with a great personal challenge & achievement by completing the Nuclear Fit fitness challenge. This is 6 x 1 km runs with a strength challenge in between each 1km run. Important for body & mind #Proud ❤️
