@SSridharRaptor @smkumarlakshmi Only FM barks on wrong topic. GoI cleverly moves revenue collection from equitable to cess. Recently it removed custome duties on imported cars.. guess what it added agri cess (on cars 😀) so that it need not share equitably with states.
