The ‘victim card’ is a tool for actors who attempt to fabricate the ‘victimhood’ to divert attention fm the truth! One cannot avoid the facts, even when it is not what you want to hear. DRC leadership shld therefore own up and seek a solution to the current state fragility.
Instead of playing victim, the DRC needs to take responsibility for its own actions. For over two decades it has hosted not only FDLR & other groups fighting the Rwanda, it has hosted rebel groups from Burundi & Uganda.
