We are disappointed and will formally object to the Club’s decision to remove the obligation to have General Meetings each year.
We also object to the Board’s decision not to have a General Meeting this year as it removes the opportunity for shareholders to hold them to account.

The timing and content of the Chairman’s words on the eve of a crucial game are at odds with the thoughts and feelings of most Evertonians.
This Board appears to consider only itself, demonstrates contempt for our loyal fanbase and insults the very fabric of our football club.
