@LNVH_NL Thank you @LNVH_NL for monitoring and making this visible. Exactly that is the problem: wormen are considered as good enough to be assistant prof. but not associate or full prof. That is why measures are necessary to correct this unfair treatment/biases etc. @TUeindhoven
