@dbg_collins Hi Daniel, apologies for the inconvenience. We had an issue over the weekend with our flow data. It was fixed by Sunday morning. We are investigating what caused it. Thanks

@whakaraupo @MPI_NZ Kia ora @whakaraupo We don’t have any harvests going on that would do this. With the recent heavy rains the rivers have risen and washed debris into the sea – it’s natural and often happens under these conditions. Thanks for sharing.

@ScottMainlander @MetroCanterbury @steve_walton99 Thanks @ScottMainlander Pay for our drivers was increased to the living wage from November with back pay to 1 Sept. Any further changes to driver wages would need to be raised by Council and consulted on with the community.

@ktaiuru Except for selected major stops, physical timetables are an estimated arrival time due to factors such as traffic. Please DM us or email metro@ecan.govt.nz with details of stop locations/bus times so we can look into any issues further.

Again, if you think the odour is related to the wastewater treatment plant fire contact @ChristchurchCC on 0800 800 169

@ladyhorrors Kia ora @ladyhorrors The Smelt-It app is designed for you to report current or recent odours, so you can't select a future date or time. We recommend you call @ChristchurchCC on 0800 800 169 if you think the odour is from the wastewater treatment plant fire.

@Billy_Boola We’re hoping to have all contract variations completed as soon as practicable. The contract variations ensure funding is passed on to drivers.

@withonelmichele Kia ora Michele, sorry for the delayed response. Drivers have to stop if the bell is pushed, whether or not it was accidental. We have not been made aware of any design issues that may be causing a problem, but we will monitor feedback following your comments – thanks.

@sophie__mcinnes @saycheeselouise Kia ora, weekly caps for public transport in Christchurch have existed since 2003. For example, zone one (Sumner to Prebbleton, Lyttleton to Kainga) has a weekly cap of $26.50 for bus travel within the zone. Thanks.
