Ronald Reagan signed the mountain lion hunting ban and CEQA. I am a Ronald Reagan Republican. (P-22 was a John Dunlap Democrat, for anyone who is wondering).
Good to see: Reagan signed the Theraputic Abortion Act as CA governor, a landmark which liberalized access to abortion long before Roe v. Wade. And he awarded 2.7 million undocumented immigrants amnesty through his Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.
