@Nallysmom @FitFounder If you just want to start basic, just go with creatine actually put up today a promo for valentines if you wanted to stack it with like a pre work out or protein definitely up to you. Also instagram account has some specials as well. I personally take my creatine after workouts

@RealJohnSacco @FitFounder Yes, for me personally, anything over 5 for me causes stomach issues, and I never saw a difference going over 5, but I guess each body type is different. Good luck to you
