Bumped into this incarcerated Kiddo in the Ferrer Family Penitentiary, 9-month-old Dayton Ferrer, of Rhode Island. Parents Hailey Hotaling and David Ferrer have been coming to Salem on Halloween for 17 years... understandably, this is Dayton's first.
