There's other reasons too of course Rockstar Games have had a special relation with PlayStation. Ever since Xbox rejected their GTA3 pitch They pay less than the typical 30% cut to Sony as platform holder Also GTA+ subscription is only on console, not PC
PC hackers literally ruined COD For everyone. And are killing the game This is why GTA6 won't launch on PC day 1 The bigger the game, the more pirates & cheaters GTA 6 would be pirated by TENS OF MILLIONS within 1st days Also PlayStation is the biggest & highest paying fanbase

Digital Foundry also seems happy with PS5 Pro performance It combines the higher visual settings of Fidelity mode (30fps) But runs at 60fps .No issues for PSSR Reminds me of Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth
