Yes!!!.After studying the crazy in the FEC donations - THIS! THIS is the #1 thing I think is super important! .A representative democracy should be just this. If a certain area wants to vote for a psycho that wants to make it a law that everyone has to wear pink tutus, that is.

Just to be clear - when he is talking about paper ballots , this is not the paper ballots you fill out and run through the machines for software tallying. This is real paper counted and tallied by humans - in front of other humans for confirmation.
