Look at this happy face! Had a great time @explorengwhisky Bristol festival today. Got to pour a few drams and try a few more and it was a great atmosphere with nice food, good layout, and plenty of interesting whiskies to tey- highly recommend if you see tickets for next year🥃

Latest addition to my @whitepeakwhisky stash- Peated Quarter Cask. Tried this at the distillery back in September in the warehouse tasting before the Temperance Club event. Need to get drinking as I'm building up a backlog #niceproblemtohave

@TheWhiskyWire I'm off to Bristol in Feb (not long now!) and the Independent Spirits Festival in March. Normally love Croydon, Midlandsand London Whisky but having to tighten the belt this year! Are you at any festivals this year @TheWhiskyWire ?

Dram 4 palate is fruity and creamy- very reminiscent of the nose. Black pepper and walnuts, as well as the stewed apples and a bit of blackcurrant and cranberries #DalmoreWhisky

Dram 4 has notes of warm apple strudel and custard- buttery pastry, stewed apples, cloves and sultanas- lovely nose for a winter evening #DalmoreWhisky

Dram 3 is lighter on the mouthfeel but still plenty of flavour going on- more citrus with the orange hint from previous drams. Chocolate and toffee in there as well- a sweet treat #DalmoreWhisky
