@MurrayHillGuy1 It has happened before. It is a camera flip-on 90% of the time, and the connection strengthens. Wouldn't ask on a huge meeting, but definitely on a smaller one of less than 4 or 5

T-9 Weeks to Boston: Time to Dial In. Currently 160 lbs. Don't want to get much lighter during the build. Another week, another step closer to race day. I can tell I need to be more intentional about strength training, so this week is all about balancing the miles with solid cross-training. Hereβs the plan: πββοΈ Monday: 1 hour easy (7-8 miles) πββοΈ Tuesday: Double day β AM & PM runs (12+ miles) πͺ Wednesday: Rest day, focused cross-training πββοΈ Thursday: Double day β AM easy + PM group workout (12 miles) πββοΈ Friday: 45 min easy (~6 miles) πββοΈ Saturday: Long run (20 miles), keeping this one easy ποΈββοΈ Sunday: Open gym for lifting + easy park run (5-6 miles) π Total estimated mileage: 62-64 miles β±οΈ Total time spent running: ~8.5-9 hours #BostonMarathon #MarathonTraining #StrengthAndSpeed
