@MurrayHillGuy1 It has happened before. It is a camera flip-on 90% of the time, and the connection strengthens. Wouldn't ask on a huge meeting, but definitely on a smaller one of less than 4 or 5

youtube first, X second. youtube has a high barrier to entry to make anything worth someone watching. Once you break through the wall, you can engage with people in a way other channels do not offer. X requires high intellect to stand out compared to yt. X is excellent for networking.

T-9 Weeks to Boston: Time to Dial In. Currently 160 lbs. Don't want to get much lighter during the build. Another week, another step closer to race day. I can tell I need to be more intentional about strength training, so this week is all about balancing the miles with solid cross-training. Here’s the plan: πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ Monday: 1 hour easy (7-8 miles) πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ Tuesday: Double day – AM & PM runs (12+ miles) πŸ’ͺ Wednesday: Rest day, focused cross-training πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ Thursday: Double day – AM easy + PM group workout (12 miles) πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ Friday: 45 min easy (~6 miles) πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ Saturday: Long run (20 miles), keeping this one easy πŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈ Sunday: Open gym for lifting + easy park run (5-6 miles) πŸ“Š Total estimated mileage: 62-64 miles ⏱️ Total time spent running: ~8.5-9 hours #BostonMarathon #MarathonTraining #StrengthAndSpeed
