#surreycc #assistedbinscheme #Discrimination @SurreyLive @BBCSurrey @GetSurrey @LocalGovChron @WeAreTheMU – Can you investigate this? #CouncilFail #UnfairTreatment "Unbelievable! I requested written confirmation in this DM for clarity, not to jump through more hoops. I've made it clear I need my green bin collected every fortnight without having to lift a finger or chase anyone. But what do I get? Excuses. 'We can't help, talk to another team.' 'We've escalated this' - not far enough, as I'm still without confirmation. I've been passed around from JWS to the council, back to JWS, and now back to the council? Are you kidding? I've provided all necessary evidence, yet I'm still without assurance my bin will be collected as promised. It's not rocket science; it's a basic service! I shouldn't have to chase this down every time or intervene for straightforward assistance. It's frustrating not to get a straight answer or commitment that this issue is resolved. If you can't give me that written confirmation here, I'll go to the Ombudsman. I'll show them this entire conversation, every failed attempt at resolution. This isn't how you treat someone needing a basic service to function. So, one last time, what has been done to ensure my bin collection happens properly every fortnight? Or are we just playing pass the parcel with my complaint?"

@Surreyheath @JointWasteSols Proof that my neighbors are not complying with Surrey County Council’s rules, yet their bins are still collected while mine, despite being fully compliant, is ignored! How is this not discrimination?

The black sacks on the far left belong to my neighbors, who have carelessly and knowingly dumped them in their green bins, blatantly disregarding the rules. Meanwhile, I have always followed the proper guidelines, yet they seem to face no consequences for their complete lack of consideration. Why is it that they can break the rules without a second thought while I am expected to comply without exception? It's frustrating to see such arrogance and disregard for the rules, as if they believe they're above them while the rest of us are held accountable.

🚨 SCANDAL: Surrey County Council is demanding money for services NOT provided! 🚨 💰 They’re billing disabled people—like myself—for non-existent support. 📢 I have Autism. I currently receive no services at all. Yet SCC insists I must pay £769 for nothing! ❌ This is financial exploitation, a stealth tax on disabled people. 🔎 Where’s the breakdown of services? 🔎 Where’s the evidence of support? 📌 There is none. SCC is hoping I’ll just comply without questioning it. ⚠️ This isn’t just my fight—how many others are being wrongly charged? ⚖️ I’m taking this to the Local Government Ombudsman because I refuse to be bullied into paying for nothing. #SurreyCC #Autism #DisabilityRights #FinancialExploitation #Corruption #DisabledTax #StopTheScam #JusticeForDisabled #LocalGovernmentOmbudsman #UKPolitics

How to Use Artificial Intelligence to Push Back Against Local Councils Effectively Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly becoming a game-changer for individuals looking to challenge local councils on issues such as illegal parking, missed waste collections, and other public service failures. Whether you’re disabled and require assisted waste collection, or you’re frustrated by unaddressed community problems, AI can help streamline complaints, generate evidence, and ensure councils are held accountable. Step 1: Using AI to Draft Professional Emails & Complaints Many people struggle with writing formal complaints that councils take seriously. AI-powered tools like ChatGPT, Grammarly, and Jasper AI can generate polished, professional emails outlining the issue clearly. Here’s how you can use AI for this: •Outline the Problem: Feed the AI a short summary of your complaint. For example, “My assisted green bin wasn’t collected on [date], despite being placed outside as required. This has happened multiple times, and I need the council to resolve it.” •Specify Your Request: Ask the AI to format it into a strong but polite complaint email, ensuring it sounds professional and assertive. •Include Relevant Policies: If your council has a policy (e.g., assisted collections for disabled residents), AI can help reword their own rules back at them to strengthen your case. Step 2: Gathering and Organizing Evidence Local councils often ignore complaints unless there is strong supporting evidence. AI can help in the following ways: •Image Recognition for Evidence: AI-powered apps like Google Lens or Microsoft’s Seeing AI can scan images of illegally parked vehicles, noting number plates, timestamps, and locations. If someone is parking illegally on your road, AI can extract relevant data from photos, which can be attached to your complaint. •Automated Document Organization: AI-driven tools like Notion AI or Evernote AI can help categorize evidence, emails, and responses from the council, making it easier to track ongoing disputes. •Summarizing Responses: If the council sends back a long-winded or dismissive reply, AI can summarize it for you and suggest counterarguments for a follow-up email. Step 3: Leveraging AI for Social Media and Public Awareness If the council ignores your complaint, AI can help escalate the issue by generating social media posts or petitions: •Social Media Advocacy: AI can draft powerful Twitter (X) or Facebook posts highlighting your issue, ensuring the message is clear and engaging. •AI-Generated Videos: Tools like Pictory AI or Synthesia can create short, AI-narrated videos explaining the issue in a way that catches attention. •Petition Writing: If a larger group is affected, AI can draft petitions for platforms like ensuring the language is compelling and well-structured. Step 4: AI-Powered Legal and FOI Requests If the council refuses to act, AI can assist in escalating complaints through legal channels or Freedom of Information (FOI) requests: •AI Legal Assistants: Platforms like DoNotPay (in applicable regions) can generate legal letters, file complaints, and even suggest small claims procedures. •FOI Request Templates: AI can draft precise Freedom of Information requests to demand statistics, policies, or records related to waste collection failures or parking enforcement. Conclusion AI is not just for tech enthusiasts—it’s a powerful tool for everyday advocacy. By leveraging AI for drafting emails, organizing evidence, generating awareness, and even escalating legal action, individuals can effectively push back against local councils that fail to provide essential services. If the council won’t listen, AI can help make sure they do.

AI is taking over everything. Politics, decision-making, even what you see online. Imagine a world where elections are gone, replaced by a system that listens to every citizen in real-time and calculates policies instantly. Sounds great, right? But wasn’t Atlantis supposed to be a utopia? A super-advanced civilization that collapsed under its own weight. Some say it fell in a war with weapons beyond nuclear bombs. Others say it wasn’t destroyed—it was erased. Now, here we are, playing with AI, quantum computing, and predictive algorithms, thinking we’re on the verge of a golden age. But what if this isn’t new? What if we’re on the exact same path? And here’s the kicker: free will might not even be real. Every choice you make, every decision you think is yours—already set in motion. Even if you change your mind, that change was meant to happen. AI can predict your next move before you make it. If it knows what you’ll do tomorrow, did you ever really have a choice? Are we just following a prewritten script? And if AI can see the future, does that mean we’re in a simulation, where we just feel like we have free will, but we’re actually playing out a pre-recorded sequence? History repeats itself. The only question is: are we about to become the next Atlantis?

@JointWasteSols @Surreyheath Once again, Number 7 Wardle Close is disregarding Surrey CC’s bin rules, stuffing black garbage bags into the green recycling bins without a second thought. The system’s there for a reason, yet it keeps getting ignored. #BinViolation #RecyclingFail #SurreyCC
