The seller who was streaming Pokémon 151 packs for 8+ hours yesterday is indeed a Japanese shop, auctioning and getting 10x retail instead of selling to the Japanese community. There’s proof. In light of Pokémon stance AGAINST this behavior, how does one alert them?
