There's very little evidence to guide the best way to provide continuity, it's a topic that desprately needs more research. Whatever you decide Ben, consider writing it up for publication.
⭐️Anyone have ideas for using our @Accurx or @TPP_SystmOne to improve continuity?⭐️ Currently, we have nothing that helps us automatically. The triager looks manually see if they know someone. It REALLY helps if patients see same clinicians (in fact, their whole family, too!) 1/2
