@KirkwoodDW I mean Iβll still be a βjuniorβ for another 5-7 years so I definitely think we need to vigilant about the state of our pay but this deal which concerns pay awards for last year and next year are a great step forward and are miles better than anything the conservatives did for us

@KirkwoodDW I totally agree and understand your point. I think ultimately this offer makes good progress and I believe this government will continue to improve our pay and working conditions throughout their term. If not we can reballot and strike again.
