Head and Neck Anatomy is just awesome. It is the reason I decided to train in Head and Neck Surgery, and sub-specialize in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery.
I was originally planning to do orthopedics. But this anatomy is just so elegant and intricate, I fell in love.
