@bankofbaroda #LOOTBYBOB. I've credit cards from multiple bank. None of them charges for renewal on card expiry. Lost/stolen card charges are OK but card renewal fees is a loot. To top it, the customer care line is ALWAYS BUSY & that is told after going thr' all tedious IVR!

#PATHETICMyIndusIndBank. Useless customer care line I challenge the CEO to find resolution to self issues on customer care line by going thr' never ending IVR. My login has been blocked. Nobody knows how to reset!!?? Useless system! Just WASTE OF TIME!

@StarbucksIndia #SCAM! Recently visited an outlet at Lullanagar, Pune. I expressly asked the executive about the birthday program t&c. I'd cleared that I'll pay by Starbucks rewards card. Today, came to know that it 600 to be spent in birthday month. WHY WAS THIS NOT TOLD?

@Portronics I purchased a mouse (toad 101 1200 dpi) in April 24. Within a mnth it's got faulty. My fingers literally pain after repeated pressing. Pathetic! Warranty claim is also tedious for Pune Maharashtra. HOW WILL YOU REPLACE??? SEND TO MY POSTAL ADDRESS. I'LL SEND ONCE YOU CONFIRM

@PMSuryaGhar Applied for increaase in Sanction load at Maharashtra state elec. board (vide app. no. 54728226). I'd to pay extra 10240 as CRA chrgs+ GST apart from the deposit chrgs. Is it necessary? Why such a high cost?
