@bicycle_network @cityofmelbourne Can’t believe the acceptance of this by some cyclists here. This is nuts and dangerous. Especially at night. A big backwards step. Cycle paths can be bad enough just with cyclists and pedestrians on them, let alone extra concrete obstacles
