Recently spoke with @NBCNews & @BerkeleyJr about Novo Nordisk’s experimental weight loss pill, #amycretin, & Phase 1 results. While promising, more research is needed on long-term effects & side effects. It’s crucial to consider not just how much weight is lost but how it’s lost.
A daily weight loss pill was shown to lower body weight by up to 13% after three months in an early trial.
