While kids are back to school & many other activities, this is far from ‘business as usual.’ We believe these new resources will offer effective tools — & ignite new hope — to make this & future school years more positive, productive & healthy for everyone
We have created a series of free, evidence-based video and print resources that caregivers and educators can use to teach their kids critical mental health and coping skills: #HealthyMindsProject

Before Covid one in five US children had a mental health or learning disorder, and fewer than half got help. Every child's mental health has been affected since the beginning of the pandemic.
Many kids are feeling isolated, afraid and overwhelmed because of the coronavirus pandemic, and parents are struggling with how to help. Experts say kids are resilient, but it’s important for parents to reach out for help if they notice a shift in their child’s functioning.
