I want to be positive, but reality is that we have 2 glaring, but fatal holes: coach and backup center. It’s almost impossible to win without them. The other teams exploit our lack of size nightly and the Temp is powerless to stop it. Beyond that the roster is subpar, developing, or flawed. Paul, Vassell, Keldon, & Sochan are all below their counterparts on most nights, yet logging big minutes for us. To top it off, we play people out of position, almost like we want to stunt their development. Barring Herculean efforts from Wemby or Fox, this is built to lose. I have to believe they’re tanking and not this incompetent. So, we come back next year with two new draft picks (hopefully over 6’5 and able to shoot), cut the culls, & contend in ‘26.
